Keenan Construction was formed in 2009 by three experienced builders who envisioned a better method of construction delivery and project management that would ensure customer satisfaction through an innovative and unique approach to the conventional building process. Each brought their individual experience in architecture, construction and project management to form a new process that emphasized the client’s goals and minimized the all too often confrontational relationships that form between owners, architects and builders.
We believe that achieving the client’s construction needs while maintaining the architect’s creative vision and still maintaining the economical viability of each individual construction endeavor is the cornerstone of every project’s foundation.
